Frequently asked questions.
Do I need any sewing or pattern cutting experience?
No. Discover Pattern Cutting is a 2 hour session for beginners (£140). To develop your own design with professional guidance, there is the Pattern Cutting Masterclass (3 hours, £210).
Can I make my own garment in a session?
Yes. In the Sampling & Construction Session (4 hours, £295) you create your own sample garment with expert supervision. For longer projects, Bespoke Mentoring is private tuition tailored to your project, from £95 per hour.
Are the classes one-to-one?
Studio sessions are private one-to-one tuition. Small group workshops are also available for up to 6 participants: 3 hours, from £390 per group.
Do you help with university portfolios and graduate collections?
Yes. Portfolio & University Support (2 hours, £150) is ideal for UAL, London College of Fashion, Kingston, Westminster, Ravensbourne and fashion graduates. Collection Development Mentoring is £340 for a half day (4 hours) or £595 for a full day (7 hours).
How do I book and pay?
Choose a session, a date and a time on the booking page and leave your details. No payment is taken online — the studio confirms your date by email.
